Please check the following before contacting us for maintenance.

■Trouble when operating the camera

Q.The power shuts off suddenly.

A.It may be loss of power. Please try charging the device.

A.Electric power saving function may be working. Please try pressing the power button again to turn on the camera.

Q.It does not recognize the micro SD memory card.

A.There may be some kind of a problem in the Micro SD memory. Please try using another memory card.

Q.Is there microSD card with good compatibility?

A.At present, safe use can be confirmed by "Panasonic" "Trancend" "BUFFALO" etc. including "SILICON POWER".

Q.Unable to take a photo

A.Please try press the reset button at the back of the device with a pointy pin or pen. After resetting, it may work properly.

Q.The power does not go on.

A.It may be loss of power. Please try charging the device.

Q.The shooting date and time are not recorded correctly.

A.The clock inside "SQ30m" camera is set differently from the actual date and time, so you cannot set date and time externally.
If you would like to indicate the shooting date and time correctly on the photo, you would need to change the date and time on the saved photo data.
The date and time data of photos are called "Exif data", and it is possible to change the data by Exif data editor software.

F6 Exif  -Exif data editor-  Available OS:Windows 2000、XP、Vista
You can find other softwares and Mac OS applied version via web search.

■Specification with only SQ30m.

Q.The saved data in the internal memory is deleted...

A.Saved data on internal memory will be deleted when power is turned off . We recommend that you use micro SD memory card.

■Trouble with SQ28m.

Q.After saving more than 100 files on micro SD memory card, I turned off the power. When I turn it on again and take photos, all images after IMG_0100.jpg are saved as the same file name of the ones I took before. What should I do?

A.Please connect the camera to the PC, then create a new folder in 100IMAG folder.
Move files after IMG_0100.jpg into that new folder and leave the files there. This will enable you to see the files after IMG_0100.jpg.

※The data itself is not deleted, so please be careful not to delete the files.
※When you move the image data, please be careful not to overwrite the same file name.

■Trouble when operating PC.

Q.There is no sound when watching the movie.

A.There is no microphone applied in the Pocket Digital Camera. Image will be recorded only.

Q.Pocket Digital Camera does not get recognized as a removable disk on my PC.

A.Please make sure that the USB cable is connected correctly to your PC. Please try to disconnecting the cable and reconnect again.

A.With USB Hub or USB expansion board, it may not work properly. Please connect USB cable directly to the USB terminal on your PC.

A.Please check if your OS is valid and supported.
